Educational Institutions should be the home and repository
of fresh thoughts and new orientations. Whatever
the transformation, it will be clear that education has
two main aspects, the cultural aspect which makes a person
grow and the productive aspect which makes a person
do things. These two aspects are not exclusive of each other.
Education, scientifically applied Indian culture and
ethical values alone
can provide the foundation as the instrument for the Nation's
security and welfare. It will also infuse the youth with
central core of values to inherit a cultural heritage"
